Representing the famous black and gold of Balmain

Balmain Junior Rugby is wonderful community club with 127 active players representing five teams across three divisions in Sydney’s junior rugby union competition. This year our little locals are on fire with a cumulative total of 897 points for and 595 points against. We’ve definitely got some motivated tacklers and defenders in the area!

This year all the Balmain teams are tussling with the best from around Sydney, representing the famous black and gold colours of Balmain with pride. Who knows, perhaps we’re seeing some future wallaby players or even some rugby 7’s stars at the Brisbane Olympics in 2032.

Balmain rugby has quickly become and important resource for local kids to not only immerse themselves in a great game, but they are learning valuable life skills such as team work, dealing with adversity, competition, managing wins and losses and being there for their mates.

CobdenHayson will always remain a supporter of local community clubs. We’ve been with Balmain Rugby since the inception in 2013 and this year we’re also proudly supporting Dirty Reds Junior Rugby Union.  and Lane Cove Junior Rugby Union. Occasionally, all our teams face off in good spirits but ready to win for their region.
