We extend our gratitude to Chris Calvert, proprietor of LJ Hooker Balmain, for working collaboratively through this transaction. Having operated his business in Balmain for 30 years, Chris’ longstanding presence in the community makes this harmonious merger a natural fit. The addition of LJ Hooker Balmain’s rent roll further strengthens CobdenHayson Balmain’s already significant property management business, enhancing our capacity to deliver outstanding service to new and existing clients.
