David comments, “This was a lovely home with plenty of character in a great location opposite Jubilee Park, moments from the harbour, so we knew there would be plenty of people eager to take a look. With the market as it was, we needed to have real confidence around our pricing, supported by an effective sales strategy. We suggested re-painting certain sections of the home, re-working the mortar, pressure cleaning the front and rear and having it fully styled to make sure it presented at its best and instantly struck a chord with viewers.
