As we predicted, buyer demand proved to be strong, especially with people who had grown up locally, since started their own families and wanted to remain in the area close to their parents for support in raising their kids. They were particularly looking for a location such as this, in a prime settomg in the heart of Earlwood close to the shops. Campaign statistics supported this demand, with 30,783 social media views according to Spoke, 5951 views on Domain, 4124 views on REA and 15 contracts issued.
